The Association of Advertising Entrepreneurs of Seville, AEPS, has developed this Tuesday, November 30, a new day of the cycle of meetings called “Republi” that began last June and that in this new Finland Email List edition has been held with the title ” The future of advertising management: the confluence of media, agencies and public administrations “.
The event, which took place at the Zaudín Golf Club, brought together more than 60 participants from AEPS partner agencies as well as representatives from the commercial areas of the media and public administrations.
Thus, it has addressed current trends in new advertising formats, the growing figure of the planner in agencies, as well as the necessary ways to improve public advertising tenders by public administrations.
At the opening of the meeting, the President of the AEPS, Salvador Toscano, indicated that this event is part of the objective of the Association “to contribute to the modernization and advancement of the sector at a difficult time for communication and advertising.” Toscano thanked all the participants “fundamental in the advertising activity of Andalusia” for their participation.
The first round table, moderated by the journalist Andrés Mellado, addressed “New advertising formats in the media”, with the intervention of Juan Vargas (RTVA’s director of innovation and business), Federico Quintero (CEO El Desmarque / Mediaset), Ángel Alfonso Amodeo (regional commercial director Cope Andalucía), Ildefonso Vergara (regional commercial director Cadena Ser Andalucía), César Bóix (regional commercial director Atresmedia Radio-Onda Cero Andalucía), and Fernando Sánchez (commercial delegate Prisa Noticias Andalucía).
The participants of this table have agreed that one of the current challenges of the media is to be attractive to the public and advertisers and to adapt to new times, with the obligation to innovate and keep up with these new times. Among the challenges of these times, incorporating young people, to generate interest in commercial brands, is a priority for all communication groups. Hence, the new formats aimed at this target audience is one of the goals of the media.
